Our capabilities include structural steel works, skids, pipe racks, and advanced lifting solutions such as spreader beams and heavy-duty lifting beams, designed to meet demanding operational requirements.

We provide a full range of welding processes—SMAW, GTAW (TIG), GMAW (MIG), FCAW, and SAW—supporting both shop fabrication and on-site welding applications, in line with stringent oil & gas industry standards.

Quality is ensured through destructive and non-destructive testing (NDT) and material testing conducted via approved Third-Party Inspection (TPI) agencies, guaranteeing compliance with international codes and project specifications.
AMI – Machining (Threading) Division

AMI is a leading provider of API and OEM premium threading solutions for the oil & gas industry, with strong expertise in OCTG
(Oil Country Tubular Goods) and rotary shoulder connections.

We specialize in OEM premium threading, supporting globally recognized connections such as Vallourec (VAM), Tenaris, JFE, and NOV, ensuring precision, reliability, and full adherence to licensed and customer-specific requirements.

Our core services include the manufacturing of API and OCTG threaded connections, along with repair and reconditioning of drilling tools and accessories, including Drill pipes, Drill collars, Drill stem subs, OCTG accessories (with or without premium threads.

With advanced machining capabilities and licensed expertise, AMI supports major industry clients, delivering high-performance,
precision-engineered oilfield components and services.
